Refund Policy

Summary: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment for a 50% refund of the subscription fee. No refunds are available after 7 days. Cancelling stops future charges — your plan remains active until the period ends.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the original subscription payment. Eligible refunds are subject to a 50% processing fee — meaning 50% of the payment amount will be refunded.

No refunds are available for requests made after 7 days from the date of payment, including for:

  • Accidental purchases or unintended plan upgrades.
  • Partial use of the subscription period after the first 7 days.
  • Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or campaign outcomes.
  • Technical issues on your own sending infrastructure (SMTP, DNS, inbox).
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your plan features and remaining credits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No pro-rata refunds for unused days after cancellation.
  • Credits expire at the end of the billing period — unused credits do not roll over.
  • Access continues until the period end date shown in your billing portal.

3. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan activates immediately. The remaining days of your lower plan are not refunded or credited. Your next billing date resets from the upgrade date.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your account will not be immediately suspended. A brief grace period is provided to update your payment method. If payment is not recovered, your plan may revert to the Trial tier. Failed charges are not refunded.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact.cyberarcmsp@gmail.com before filing a chargeback. We investigate promptly and correct genuine billing errors. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Exceptions

We may issue account credits (not monetary refunds) at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as verified platform outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours. Such credits are not guaranteed and do not constitute a change to this policy.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email contact.cyberarcmsp@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We respond to billing inquiries within one business day.

8. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted this policy.
